Drivers must be checked in by 3:00pm



  • Booth personnel have access to show floor 1 hour prior and after official hours.

  • All crates must be removed from the show floor no later than 3:00PM on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Crates that are not removed will be tagged and stored until the end of the convention.

  •  Empty containers will be returned once visqueen has been laid to protect the hotel carpet.

  • Booths located at the end of an aisle or cross aisle must have finished side drape panels.

  • Masking drape must be either ordered or provided by the exhibitor to cover any unsightly areas behind the booth structures. Masking drape can be ordered from the Audie Expo onsite Service Desk. Prior to show opening, Show Managment will do a walk through and if, in their sole discretion, find areas that need to be draped, will order Audie Expo to provide said drape and cost will be charged to Exhibitor's invoice.

  Shipping Information





Advance Shipments



Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between $event.AdvanceReceivingStartDate.ToString("D") and $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D"). Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm.


All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee


Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after February 26, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.








Please note: All items and materials that must be brought into the facility will be subject to material handling charges and are the responsibility of the exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the official show vendors. In addition, any shipments sent directly to the facility prior to Sunday, March 2, 2025, that are received will incur receiving and handling charges from both the facility and Audie Expo. Audie Expo reserves the right to receive all advance shipments received and stored by the facility that resemble trade show materials regardless if they are addressed to a particular guest.
